This department focuses on male infertility and its main research interest is to improve the outcomes of male infertility treatment. This group has pioneered the establishment of novel sperm selection procedures to treat ICSI, the results of which have been published in international journals. The main goal of this department is to optimize sperm selection for ICSI and improve the healthy baby take home rate of ICSI through understanding sperm functional characteristics and sperm biology.
