Royan Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Technology set up a workshop on Polyclonal Antibodies Production on August 20th and 21st, 2014 by Molecular Systems Biology research group.

  • Antigen designing
  • Working with laboratory animals
  • Performing bleeding and injection for laboratory animals
  • Hapten-career conjugation
  • Preparation of immuno-affinity purification column
  • Affinity purification of IgG from serum using protein G column
Dr Gh Hosseini Salekdeh was in charge of scientific management of this workshop whose executive secretory was M Alikhani.
